    Interesting....

Food is SO easy & cheap to make in-game that I can't believe they would sell any of these unless they are quite strong. Or else why would you bother?

I was kinda expecting the 'meals' that they mentioned giving both stat AND regen buffs.... maybe that's still coming 'soon' though :D

I'll be interested to see how powerful or how weak these end up being. My guess is they'll be equivalent to green quality buffs with a longer duration.

I would really buy it if it will be max increase AND regen increase in one food/drink. Otherwise they are useless.

Provisioning is pretty easy to level and doesn't take a lot of skill points to max out. I honestly don't even know why people would spend extra money to buy these.
"And it's important to state that our decision to go with subscriptions is not a referendum on online game revenue models. F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

Also, I've gotta say, if your water is red... don't drink it. Just don't.

Given they reneged on their stated plan to do that in-game, if they made it a 'store exclusive' the outrage many would feel about would be entirely justified. That would be a SERIOUS gaming advantage to those prepared to pay for it .. not pay-to-win but certainly in the pay--for-eXmode category.

I seriously don't expect even ZOS to do this .. yet.
