I was just wondering, does bound arrmaments from the sorc line increase damage for partial heavy attacks (i.e. "medium attacks"), or just full heavy attacks?

Well the DK version with Igneous Weapons does increase medium attacks so I would assume the answer is yes.You earned the 500 LOLs badge.
