Of course, they are different games. You can't compare one game to another ones.

If this is glitch in game: all people would encounter it
if this is caused by video card: it's only the people who use same drivers/video cards who see it.

I'm also having lighting glitches too. Using an Nvidia 670 gtx with driver 347.88 . It gives me these light streaks that persist throughout the play session and move based on the camera. Haven't been successful in removing them yet and I've toggled all of the in-game settings one at a time at each level of intensity. Nothing seemed to make them disappear.
