Can Horses have all three Visual Changes?

Title says it all. Can horses have all three visual changes: The face plate/champron, the bags and the barding once they hit 60/60/60 or 20/20/20? Or is it a maximum of two?

Lady_Rosabella✭✭✭✭✭@Frimbertrips I currently have all my horses 60 on speed and 50 on capacity but the minute I hit 20 on stamina it took the saddle bags off and put the faceplate on. So it seems only a maximum two. I'm waiting to see also, cuz I really hate those brown saddle bags that were on my Nightmare horse and am glad they disappeared when I put 20 into stamina and now my Nightmares have the faceplate.5 -
