Alchemy Writ - no survey today

Just did an alchemy writ after 2.0.2 dropped and there was no survey in the vessel. Have got one each time up til now. Have I just been super lucky up until now or did something change?

You were super lucky. Surveys aren't a guarantee, I usually don't get any.

I get a Survey every 4th or 5th Writ Container

They are usually junk anyway - I rather get a Kuta in the box and be done.
