Sadly nothing for PVEers who don't want forced-grouping simply to level.

Very nice thing zos did today for everyone.
The train is starting to turn around, just need those xp potions and vet ranks ripped off and we will be just great.

Unfortunately I'm at work so I can't do it myself.

Sure, I'll just quickly solo Hel-Ra and let you know how that works out.
If only I could bring some stone trebs in there...

There are VERY few places in the open world that give decent XP and those places are camped by so many people you get horrible XP due to diminishing returns for 3+ people hitting mobs.

Yeah, but how many of those campers are now going to get their XP running trials and/or in PvP? I'm sure you'll see a difference soon.
If not, find a nice quiet delve in Cyrodiil and stock up on soul gems!

I was referring to no increase in XP for us, which is after all what this thread is about.

I still don't understand why we get so few for Cadwells and questing in this game. Its an ES game and the things that give highest rewards are 12 men dungeons and silly grind spots.
Whats with the RP, the housing, the lore and the guilds that offers tasks? Why is this treated so badly?
On the one hand I am happy that I don't bother with this content, but it seems like a big issue once someone gets to VR 10 and the only XP to gain comes from non typical ES or MMO elements. ZOS really needs to improve that situation, it seems wrong that people in trials gain an edge over the rest.

There won't be a "quiet" delve in Cyrodil anymore as people will be farming these for CP. And you thought it was hard BEFORE to get that rare boss kill in the Cyrodil Delves as it was.... So much for completing that achievement! DOH!

Mobs inside dungeons/delves give less XP than mobs in the open world, as a general rule. Sometimes a LOT less.
Because spending hours, days and weeks killing the same mobs in the same place simply in order to be able to play the actual content is what are really about, right?IcyDeadPeople wrote: »I imagine it will always be a bit faster to work one spot quickly killing lots of enemies with no downtime.
Grinding is certainly boring, and if it weren't so slow to level there, I'd spend all my time in Cyrodiil. For some of us, PVP is the only part of the game we enjoy. I don't imagine anyone enjoys grinding.Because spending hours, days and weeks killing the same mobs in the same place is what are really about, right?IcyDeadPeople wrote: »I imagine it will always be a bit faster to work one spot quickly killing lots of enemies with no downtime.

I am so tired of this flawed logic being parroted around as if it were truth.
This is not just any MMO, and not all MMO's are created equal, hence the irrational simplicity of this statement. This happens to be a game where the progress made in the Champion System directly correlates to an advantage in PVP.
- Massive PVP was a MAJOR selling point of this game.
- Play as you want was also a MAJOR selling point.
The simplistic statement that only rewarding people who play a certain way is somehow correct because "this is an MMO" completely ignores the fact that the MINORITY of players that grind trials in PVE, will (and SHOULD?) have a huge stat advantage over players that quest, complete regular PVE content, and do exploration/achievements.
Your logic is flawed.
I'm not VR14 on one yet, my highest is VR10 and done 'gold' .. how the hell is she supposed to get to VR14 now the Craglorn XP has been nerfed to Oblivion (as it was last autumn) I loathe forced-grouping simply to level to be able to play end-game content? Craglorn should me made into a normal zone like all the others, if there ever was a useful purpose for it those days have long gone.@Kragorn I am max vr14 on three characters, I dont need to grind at all. Unless I am that min/max about getting as many CP as I can get. I do enjoy grinding though as I find it more fun than actual questing. Just figured I would post what I found once the server went live and I could do a quick little test.
