1. Removing the lag
2. Additional PvP content
3. A tangible reward system for PvE to promote repeatable content. (1 piece of useable loot with RNG stats and a terrible drop rate does not motivate people to find groups for dungeons)
My immediate reaction to the subjectline before seeing the poll options was simply makeover and name change options... both of which really should be in the store at the very least and don't require nearly as much work as the poll stuff! That said, if I were to choose one of your options, I'd say player housing because I'd love one of those beautiful homes for my own! Plus I now also have a housecat with no house It's quite the problem!
Player housing would be great.
Would be nice to have some place to put trophies and loot you want to keep.
The 200 stacks have helped some, but for multiple crafting space is still problematic.
I'd guess Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood would sort of figure into skill lines... though I'd want more then that too (like the class morph idea I occasionally mention)
But even more I'd want character editing options. So many small changes to things that looked all right in chargen, and not so great in live game I'd want to adjust... a eyecolor switch here, a shape adjustment there, a character namechange on this one, a voice change on that one...
The provinces of Tamriel I expect to come in due time. Two more are in the works to be coming soon, and I expect the others will come to ESO some DLC in the not all too distant future.
Player housing... would be nice, maybe to the second year anniversery... though I kinda almost expect they will restrict that to "plus" members

Hotbars go from 5 to 8 skills please
And a separate Hotbar for potions.
Even The Secret World give's you 8 slot's and a separate bar for potion's for crying out loud.
A Barbershop, in 2015 this should be a basic feature in MMO's.
ESO is missing many "basic features" even it's 2015. Barbershop is one of the bigger ones but there are more important "basic features" that are missing...
And nearly every announced feature / content is still missing although they announced it over 10 months ago.
How about we get a server system that can support the game we have rather than piling on more stuff that's broken (bug-ridden) and loads the servers even more?
Playing the EU over the weekend was at times dire, latency hitting 999+ in pretty much any zone you visited at times, in the big cities like Daggerfall it was averaging around 400, frequent and regular battle lag (mobs moving around you only to appear back where they were a couple of seconds later), etc.
The servers were fine for the last 6 months when there were only a few players around, the problems seen last summer were never fixed they just 'went away' with the people. They, the people and the problems, are back in force.
We don't need new content, we need servers that can handle the current content!
