Explorer's Pack maps accidentally deleted.

Made a ticket about a week ago to get them back because i accidentally deleted the character that they were on. Sadly it seems like there's no actual way other than asking a GM, so i made a ticket but he gave me back an old map of tamriel or something like that, an item worth 30 golds.... I thought i had it covered pretty well in my message.
here the answer I got, thats not what i'm after. I need the blue pack of maps, the ones with smaller map inside them where you can see the location of treasure chests.
May i get them restored? since making a ticket doesn't seem to work, I thought that posting this here may end up getting the maps back instead of some strange map.

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online team with your query regarding the map you accidentally deleted.
I only found deleted item on your character named Yûki Asuna, a level 8 Breton Templar | Veteran Level 0 | The Ebonheart Pact. On him I only found Outdated Map of Tamriel that I sent back via ingame mail.
Be careful looking at the map not to meet a tree!

anzielSoul ShrivenBelow is the reply I sent em.As i said, i deleted the map, the BLUE one that you guys send us via in-game mail. It was on a yuki asuna, not the level 8 one, another yuki asuna that i deleted to make another one. It is the BLUE treasure map that you guys give us with the adventure pack. There 4 of them and when you open em you get tons of smaller one for each zones.
Sent march 11th, still no answer.

It's not game breaking or anything, it just sucks that they apply only to one character, thats pretty dumb.Edited by anziel on March 22, 2015 7:23AM0
