I'm going to guess that he's trying to say that he'd like a finesse based two-handed style, instead of just giant heavy weapons hit harder style...

I'm guessing, but mostly I'm projecting, because honestly, I'd like a finesse based style as well - not all two handed weapons have to be giant heavy hard-hitters - they can be fast, long-reach modest hitters as well, and I don't find those quite as well represented (although the two-handed sword animations in eso are faster and lighter than I would have expected in some cases)

    Or tiny widdle daggers.

I'll keep my giant 2-handed sword though. It impresses the ladies.

You play elder scrolls games....or RPGs in general... all that much? yeah, when/if katana;s are put into the game, they will likely just be put into the two-handed category we have now. Mind you, two-handed swords DID exist in real life and were a very useful weapon on the battlefield.

Maybe a martial training system after the spellcrafting system based on different fighting styles (Sword-Singer, Akaviri, etc) for different styles of combat (like different schools of magic) with the same weapon? Not likely any time soon, if at all.

Given the swords and weapons that are in game for two handeded the style fits.

ME, and BTW, fineese base two-handers do not exist, even Katanas required you to put a lot of force behind their swings to do anything.

no, i do not know what you mean, because otherwise you would not be asking. Two-handed is two-handed in this case. IF you mean when are we going to get Katina looking sword skins, probably eventually

Well, actually, Akaviri styled weapons are in more than just daggerfall. So I imagine they will certainly show up sometime.

    no.

that would be onehanded technically in so far as this game goes.

most one handed weapons can be used with two hands for better stability.
