Can we buy more Crowns?

I need 2600 more Crowns to complete my collection, how do we buy more? How do we become "Qualified"? Is there a quest line for this?

That is.. really peculiar. Have you attached a card(debit/credit) of any sort in the past to pay for your account sub, or have you used mainly game-time cards? I'm showing that I can purchase on my account, but that's only because I've used my debit card previously. No idea if they "deny" purchases without some sort of previous transaction from before.

Did you buy your copy of the game on Steam? I believe that if you did you have to buy Crowns through Steam rather than the store on the website.

I paid for a month of access with this credit card. I will open a ticket and ask them. I did originally pay for the game through Steam. Maybe that is the problem? Thank you for the reply.

I think that's probably it then. I've seen other threads over the last couple of days where people who originally bought the game via Steam could only buy Crowns through Steam. I didn't pay close enough attention to those threads to know if it's intended or if it's a temporary limitation that they will get fixed (but I did see ZOS posts confirming that the people affected had to go through Steam to buy Crowns).

And on the Steam page of Crown Pack it says,

Customers who have purchased The Elder Scrolls Online and The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited via Steam must purchase Crown Packs via Steam.

We are currently working on fully integrate the Steam Wallet in the coming weeks. After that work is complete, there won't be a restriction on Crown Pack purchases.

We will keep players informed about the evolution of this integration and will probably make an announcement in a later date.

Necroing instead of starting new thread.

I did not buy my game on Steam, nor do I qualify to purchase Crowns.

I am a new subscriber (1 week old), and have submitted a ticket. I did receive help joining the forum (which was terrific), but so far nothing has comeof my attempts to learn what ails my account.

Any help appreciated.
