How About Repair Armor and Trait Change Skills or Passives

I cannot understand why a Master Crafter (Level 50 in Clothing, Blacksmithing or Woodworking) cannot repair armor. It makes no sense to be required to either go to a vender or buy a repair kit. In addition, Master Crafters should be able to change the trait and any found, bought or crafted piece of armor or weapons. Why all the restrictions. Remember the description and crafting level here. (MASTER ). Come on ZOS get on the band wagon.

Yes, please. Crafting in this game is a joke. And I say this as a crafter maxed in all crafts and possibly the first person in game to have all traits and motifs on one character (without using the early exploit). A little spice is nice, and crafting needs a little spice to liven up a boring, though useful, aspect of the game.
