Need help with Shornhelm Divided quest
I was in the Fevered Mews and I was unable to close the portal to end that part of the quest. I restarted the game several times with no luck. The portal was always there but I had no option to close it. I abandoned the quest to start over. Now I can't seem to restart the quest. I expected the nobles to be in the church, but it is empty. Any suggestions?

It turns out the starting point was at the gates to Rivenspire with Darien Gautier. I am back at it.0
