I understand the options may not appear that clear. However these are all statements I have seen ALL OVER THE FORUMS. So lets take a poll and see how many people feel which and what way.

    your poll is wierd...

    I think its a good change it helps make more builds available, and not just for end game.

    I dont do "end game" but i found the points I spent helpful.

    So I guess number 1 lol or is it 2 as 1 seems to empty...

    Infact 1 or 2 but not just past max level, at any level.
