Those are data-mined, so they may or may not show up in the future. But we're not going to get an official word on anything like that until they make an actual announcement.
Data mining is the process of digging through Eso data files and looking for information like maps, graphics, models, or sounds. It's not hacking or exploiting the game, just looking at the game files -- often, but not always, files that are publicly available -- to see what's there. These files can be from the current game client or come from a PTS or beta build, any of which could have new content that players can't access in the game world. Similar to looking up filming photos from a favorite TV show or movie, data mining gives you a sneak peek at game content that hasn't been publicly released, which can range from hints at the next patch to hints to the next expansion.
It's a good way to see what the developers may have already put in the game as placeholders for future content. But since that content can always change, it's not 100% reliable. It's best used as a sneak peek of general upcoming features.
I said this before that those mounts possibly might never be on the store. Just because a photo is data mined does mean it will ever actually be in the game or for sale on the store.
You'll know when they tell us. They are expanding the store but not right away.
I am guessing they are waiting enough time for everyone that has a mass amount of crowns that were free to use them up and then put new stuff in the store that way they make more money when we have to buy the crowns to buy the new stuff.
While the image is data-mined, and is subject to change, i find it highly unlikely they won't put out more senche mounts because you know everyone is going to buy one.
