I leveled a little VR1 nightblade a long time ago, but finishing it to vr14 after I already had two just sounded like too much effort to me. I didn't get anything from leveling her which would benefit my other characters and making my way through the progression was so very little reward per effort. Today though, she is well on her way to vr2

I've only been working on her while enlightened and as such, I get one champion point in about a tenth of the time it takes for a veteran rank. This sorta reward rate makes it feel much more rewarding and less of a slog to me. Once I have achieved my 1 cp a day, I go back to all the normal end game stuff I was doing on my vr14s and as such, don't feel like I'm missing as much on them.

I do still believe that more quest need to be added so that I dont always feel I need to bench my end level characters to gain champion points rapidly. I do not believe that with the current situation it is necessary for them to actually remove veteran ranks. Having only played my nightblade up through vr1 I am nowhere near as skilled with her as I am with my templar or my sorcerer, so why would anyone want for me to be able to play her in end game content such as trials?
