What's in the pipeline for Tamriel . . .

Well, there has already been a thread about things that people would pay X amount of Crowns for in the crown store if they were offered, but let's pick up on some loose ends and hints of things to come that are in the game right now . . .

1) Instruments? Bard Guild? There are a few places scattered across Tamriel where we can see vendors, stalls, and gatherings that seem like they would be oriented to making/buying instruments and possible Bard Guild questlines. Mostly there are some NPCs that say a few things when you talk to them, but you can't interact with them other than that
Would anyone else like to see them develop this aspect of the game more?

2) There is an estate on an island in the Alikir Desert that does not have any interactable features to it, but you can jump over the wall and walk around the property, what is this being saved for? My guess is that there are more than a few un-utilized areas in each zone for further expansions . . .

What other areas have you noticed that seemed untouched, but would be cool if ZOS developed?

Flying mounts would be cool ☺
Housing and droppable furniture would also be awesome

I don't think you grasped the point of this post. Where in the current game have you seen indications that there will be flying mounts?

I am all for a prestige housing system like in EverQuest 2. It would give players something other then xp for dungeons, build on the current crafting system and give ZOS a way to make more cash via the shop.

Yeah I think the game is ready for them now.

And to be honest, as someone said further up it is an unintentiontal post in this thead, fumbled with my phone and thought I posten in another thread, sorry for that.
But In an attempt to make it more in line one could take the receant invasion of burning horses as a sign of more amazing mounts are comming. Hopefully flying ones ☺

People should be perm-banned for even mentioning them.

    Pft forget the flying mounts.

    What we need is Levitate!

Oh my darling Levitate, how I've missed you so. I remember all the adventures we had zipping over the heads of those nasty slaughterfish and dreugh in Morrowind.

As a side note, Mr Sage, how's the Spellcrafting going?

Oh, some of us have been hoping to one day see a bardic guild that allows people to play songs for buffs or debuffs... not in sight yet, though once they finish everything they are working on now... who knows? I for one would love to see bards done in the same way as fighters/mages guild, with each "skill" being a song with a special effect... hmmm... not quite sure how to implement the instruments, unless they can add a new "special equipment" slot I suppose... but it -would- be great to choose which instrument to play your bardic songs on!
One and the same song per skill, played with different instruments... a lot of character flavor could be added with that idea...

There is one in Deshaan as well, and another in Grahtwood, also a compound in Stonefalls... best guess the forums have in the threads these were mentioned before is those are saved for possible guild housing coming in the far future...

When the game first launched there was so much anticipation that things like you stated above would happen. If ZOS had stuck to their original timeline of content rolling out every 4-6 weeks we might be seeing some of these things right now. Too bad ZOS could not deliver on their initial plan, but it would be a shame to see some of the things that they were planning not take place. It seems like the pieces for some of these systems are in place. Honestly, ZOS has gotten too mired in performance issues and has gotten a lot of criticism from the media regarding promises have not fully lived up to. However, the majority of people who play the game right now enjoy it and are satisfied with the game in the sense that it is stabilizing and there is a reasonable expectation that the game will continue to improve and become more fun.

There is one glaring problem that is going to continue to haunt ZOS if it is not addressed. The heavy-hitters "hardcore"players whatever you want to call them in the MMO community will continue to pan and criticize ESO if the endgame is not made considerably more dynamic aka BETTER. I am not in that camp of players, but the logic is easy to follow. Any successful MMO has a base of dedicated achieve everything, do everything, challenge everything players and their needs have to be addressed for the game to go forward.
