Communicating bugs to eso tech

Exactly where is the most appropriate forum etc to communicate found in game bugs?

In-game use /bug to make a report for which you don't get any direct answer, or /help to open a ticket to get to speak to a GM (there are keybinds to get you into the help system but I always use these chat-log commands).

There isn't a 'bug' section of these forums.

Use /bug ingame to open a bug report ...mine however happens to be bugged (no kidding) in on mac i can repair two or three times and get a useable bug interface but upon relog it disappears ..any one else see this happen

Not sure if it is still used but the way they use to ask it to be done on the forums is to mark the beginning of your Topic title with "[BUG]" (without quotes). This is of course in addition to using /bug in game and also for instances where the game crashes and/or you can't get back into game because of it.
