There will be one final wave of loyalty rewards sent to players on March 19th to those who qualify by March 16th, 2015. Keep an eye on your in-game mail for rewards to arrive on that date."
More than likely, the Senche Tiger mount will come on the same day.1 -

I have no idea what your status is, isn't, was, or wasn't, but as a general rule on the internet, if someone says they weren't X, where X is a negative thing from an administrative action of some type on a game server or forum.... X was true.
