Transfer ESO from laptop to pc

So I have been working with CS for about a week now trying to get ESO to install on my pc with no luck. I can, however, get it installed on my laptop. Is is possible to transfer the files from my laptop to my pc via external hard drive? Anyone ever done anything like this? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can just copy the game directory and manually run the launcher. It will create all the user profile settings on launch.

I dont even do that. Put the launcher folder and the elder scrolls online folder on a backup hard drive (external ofc). then copy both those folders into your program files (x86) folder located in your computers hard drive and boom done. No need to do anything else. Unless you are like me and backup your elderscrolls online folder from your documents folder so ALL your settings for the game and addons are all saved and transferred as well.

Takes me 20 minutes tops to do all that. I do it every major update.

I've actually run ESO off an external HD without any problems, so there's always that option.

Set that up for my wife's Surface Pro.
