A couple of questions about spell damage

Hi all,
I was wondering:
a) is there a mondus stone that increase spell damage? All I can find is "The Warrior" that increase weapon damage, but nothing about spell damage
b) is there a weapon glyph that increase spell damage? All I have found is a "Glyph of Rage" cited in many guides but that I haven't found in game, that should "Increases your Power by ‘x’ for ‘y’ seconds". What "power" means in this context?

✭✭✭✭✭The closest equivalent would be the mage mundus wich will increase your max magicka, therefore your damage output with magicka skills.
