Has anyone else had the game freezing up and basically crashing every few hours? It seems to happen at random occasions, in combat or in towns.

murtugo✭✭✭I have the same problem in PVE... the game crashes every 10 to 15 min. in Cyrodiil. These happen only after 1.6.

✭Heck I get at least one or two game freezes every play session. There are several threads addressing this issue since 1.6 went live. Prior to 1.6 the only time I had any game freeze was in Cyrodiil and it was when it was at peak times. If you check all the treads addressing this issue, ZOS has not responded to any of them and most likely won't. It's a serious game issue and I am sure they have no intention of dealing with it at this time. Heck they have not fixed the lag and game freezes in Cyrodiil and its been a year.0 -

CodexMMO✭✭✭The game definitely crashes and has performance issues that it did not have prior to 1.6. Hopefully after this transition is finished the Devs will be able to focus on code refinement and optimizations

Getting crashes all over the show. If I alt-tab - crash, standing still in a town - crash, running into a new area - crash.1

Drazhar14✭✭✭✭✭I don't think the crashes have anything to do with the justice system. I do sometimes get them in town, but for the most part I get them when I'm exploring or in combat with monsters far away from the new npcs. I also do not have a bounty.0

✭✭✭Yes, me too. Came to forums to see how many others this is happening too. 2-3 crashes per 8 hour play avg.
Either my screen will just freeze, or go black during log screens, going through doors, etc..Have to manual Ctrl/Alt/Delete and re-log. Then fine for hour or three. Just annoying...:( But still LOVE this game!!! Huzzah to your hard work ZOS!

If it's a memory issue it could be that your hardware simply is good enough to handle it without the game crashing.
But multiple people report them so it seems people without high end rigs experience them more often than people who have them.
Might be wrong though, just a thought.0
