[BUG] Surprised Attack

Would someone else check. In Stealth / Coming out of Stealth.
I'm NEVER criting with Surprised Attack. All my other abilities, no problem.
This is only happening, after i have initial engaged the NPC / Player. (so second / third attack)
Attack, Cloak (DC), then SA (attack) from cloak. (no crit)
If I attack from stealth (initial attack). I crit.

x_drizzt_x_ESOSoul ShrivenThough I should ask... Dark Cloak does not guarantee crit. Did you mean stun? Cause if you want 100% crit from invis, you need to use shadowy disguise, not dark cloak.0
