Are you guys still working on fixing this? While in Cyro today for around 2-3 hours I must have stopped every 5-10 seconds the whole time. It must have been close to 100 times, no exaggeration. It's worse when your horse sprints.

Yups, I'm cursed with the same damn problem. Go, stop, go, stop, go stop..... Also cant dismount your horse like you use to be able to. What they NEED to do is leave the damn horse alone cuz it was not broke in the 1st place!
If they wanted to do something that is actually good for the horse they could allow it to climb steeper hill sides then your character could on its own. In real life a horse can climb some pretty steep hill sides with a human riding them at a fast pace.

lol, that bug is not completely gone. It dont happen often but I get dismounted in random areas where I should not have that happen.

phermitgb✭✭✭✭✭I've noticed the "zoom" effect as your horse starts galloping as well - I dunno if it was always there and just more subtle before, or if I was just blind to it, but I feel that now that I notice it, I don't need it and don't want it.
Unless my horse is moving SOOO fast that I'm bending light, I don't need a "zoom" effect to indicate that I'm going faster than a running human being.

Yah I bring it up because in one of the 1.6.x pts notes they said they made it better. But it seems so much worse than it has ever been to me.

✭✭✭✭✭It worries me that we have not heard anything and they might actually consider it to be something working within acceptable parameters or not important enough to fix.
While it is not the most important bug in the game, it is (for me) a frequently occurring and noticeable one.
1. Horse stopping to admire blades of grass. (the bug in this thread, which can get annoying when riding past mobs that see me)
2. Horse zoom bug. (Have stopped leaping off cliffs by making sure I mount facing away from the cliff)
These are more annoyances than critical bugs, some of which can happen at inconvenient times, that I suspect would be considered to low in priority for a timely fix.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus
