I can validate that you indeed need to have FULL suit of medium armor to get the damage passive Agility to work. I just logged on to validate this. The game says nothing other than you have to have a full suit for this passive. It doesnt say wearing 5 like the site I linked earlier. I removed 1 piece of my full set of medium armor and my damage dropped over 350 pts. Put the piece back on, and my damage when back to what it was.

Thank you very much for confirming this here, you have greatly helped me seal my decision to remain full medium.

I'm going to check this out, but I am almost sure this information is false... By the way are you using Hunding Rage on one of your sets?

Is Hundings Rage better than Nights Silence for Stamina build stats?

Lol, how can it be false... I looked at my damage with a full suit of medium.... Took s piece off and looked at it again... The total dro

Thanks for pointing this out... I had taken off my belt which was Hundings... I forgot that when I changed my suit after the patch, I switched my light belt out, which was Arena, for a medium Hundings...

So to confirm. I removed my bracers, which are Arena. My Damage DID NOT DROP, after I removed it. I also removed another piece, Head... to have only 5 pieces of medium on. With 5 pieces of medium, the Agility passive was still active and did not decrease the damage. Taking a 3 piece of Arena off, leaving me with only 4 medium, did in fact lower the damage.

I am sorry for being incorrect in this. Again, I thought I originally removed the correct piece when I tested it last night. With this said, they have to correct the verbiage in the tool tip that states you have to wear a full set of medium armor for this Agility passive, since this in fact is not correct.

Everyone has different opinions on this question. For me as a Sorc, I wear 5 light, 1 med and 1 heavy. Reasoning is simple to get all the passives from each armor class. Those passives add up and give buffs you would be missing from just wearing a full set of one type of armor. In addition I can use the Heavy Armor Skill Immoveable which when used Buffs my total armor to that of Heavy for the period it is active and the Undaunted passive Undaunted Mettle gives an Increase to your Max Health, Stamina and Magicka by 1% per type of Armor (Heavy, Medium, Light) that you have equipped. Level two of that passive gives 2%. That folks adds up nicely.

The Combination of the Sorc Skills Bound Armor, Hardened Ward and the Heavy Armor Skill Immoveable all activated at the same time makes me a armored tank. In the majority of fights I take very little damage and can sustain those three buffs for a extended period of time.
