Yes its suppose to stack. The reality may be very different. For myself and others I know, the Ring of Mara has not been working to boost xp towards cp.

I tested the Ring of Mara a few days ago and found my champion point experience gain to be the same as not wearing the ring. If ZOS plans to let the Ring of Mara affect one's CP experience gain, I hope they fix this bug soon...

In that post they are speaking about a Crown XP boost or XP boost potions, they exist?

Sweet, my character can finally marry my wife's character and actually benefit from it!

Too bad it's applicable for only one set of characters.
