Question about Crowns given to Members...

So I have been a ESO Subscriber since the game launched, never had a lapse in my Membership. I was granted 4700 Crowns. My wife which joined ESO 3-4 months after I did and has not had a lapse received 5000 Crowns. How is it that I was a member for 3-4 months longer and yet she got more Crowns? I am not complaining over 300 Crowns, but just asking more of how many Crowns should of I had been granted? I am glad my Wife received what she received, but is there something that we can look at to ensure that Members are getting what they are suppose to get?

Hawk269✭✭✭Is there a way to know what we are "suppose" to get however? This way people will know if they are shorted or not. I understand that today is day one for them, so it is not that big of a deal, but if there was a way to know what you should be given, then at least we can feel confident that we are just waiting for them to iron out the distribution.
