Is there a list of diminishing returns for armor traits somewhere?

I was asking someone for some +experience gear the other day so I could research it and then make my own set of it to level my off set of gear. Instantly a lot of people jumped in and told me not use all pieces of +experience because it has diminish returns, as does every armor trait. When I asked them how many to use or for more information though, no one ever responds... And when I Google ESO armor trait diminishing returns I just get a lot of results about the new champion system diminish returns or analyses of which traits are better, etc, but nothing about diminishing returns.

Can someone help me out?

As far as I am aware there is no diminishing returns anywhere except for the Champion System. They removed soft caps on stats and I don't think that there was ever diminishing returns on Traits.

The poeple you talked to are simply wrong, there is no diminishing returns on Traits in that way. However, Traits like ArPen and SPen technically have a diminishing return in that there is a point that you can have more debuffs on the target than it takes to reduce the Armor/Resistance to 0, negating some of the effect. As for other Triats I can tell you that they are individual of each Armor piece and irrespective of the others. If you want Legendary Sturdy on all 7 pieces then you'd get 30% reduction to repair costs on all 7 pcs. The same can be said for all Armor Traits.
