✭✭Each blue item can be sold to the fence for 250 gold, and you can sell around 100 per day IIRC. Easiest way to fill up with blue items is to kill a lot of NPCs if you don't mind a high bounty.0 -

✭✭✭How much do you sell each dagger for, and do you factor in the cost of materials? Even just selling white 30 gp items will net you 1,500 gp a day every day in a town like Daggerfall. ✭I also have been lucky to find a purple unique item called Rahjin's Final Cups, but I didn't sell it, I laundered it and kept it:) For those interested I found it in a Master locked Safebox and is the only one I have seen so not sure how many other possible locations there are for the purple items.
Easily the most valuable items I have stolen are the recipes, the ones that were added in patch 1.6 are worth a lot.
I also found the Imperial Motif (2 days ago) and I still needed that personally so I used it and got my achievement and dye:D

Anvos✭✭✭As far as direct selling I doubt there are more valuable items than the purple 750gold ones, but with laundering rare motifs would likely be the answer for most valuable.0 -

Of course as previously mentioned if you find motifs and recipes and launder them they are the most valuable but the purple 750g items seem to be the highest non-laundered item thus far.1 -

I have found a multitude of recipes with the most valuable netting me 15k after laundering and putting on my Guild Store (sold in a few hours too).Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.0 -
