Is the XP boost applied automatically, or is it a consumable of some kind?
I really like the idea of subscribing for bonus goodies, but XP boosts are not my favorite kind of reward.I'm already 5 levels ahead of the quests in my current region and an XP boost is just going to exacerbate the problem. I don't mind the gold or crafting boosts, but I could really do without boosting my XP.
I know right... first-world completionist problems.

What? Where did you see this? The XP boost should affect normal XP gain. Charging a sub rate that advertises an XP gain that does not affect non vet toons would be a pretty big fail.

Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.

You mis-read, what it was referring to was a question about whether it *would* affect CP gain or not and the answer was "yes" because it affected all Experience gain.0 -
