Account says I have 500 crowns?

Why would I only be showing 500 crowns when i go look at my account? Shouldn't I have a lot more being here from beta to now never skipped a month?

Did you happen to have a billing or account problem ? After having to deal with customer service for an account issue, they emailed me to let me know I received 2 additional days of game compensation. Nope no problems with account just went to see how many days I have left until next payment. Was surprised crowns were there.

✭✭✭✭✭As other people have said they're probably updating it in waves. Doing 500 for having an account before the switch-over first makes sense because it's an easy one to do. ✭✭✭✭✭Every ESO account comes with 500 crowns just for buying the game. They seem to have already applied these crowns to existing accounts. Presumably everyone who has been subbed before B2P will get their loyalty crowns applied on the 17th, as that would be the date when they can accurately determine how many crowns (above the base 500) everyone is entitled to.
