However that would require the lag improved and caps to be raised in the busy campaigns.

if they fix the lag, all we would need is a 30 and 7 day campaign as most mention...
but they can fix emp trading this way more easily than fix lag..
i dont know if ZOS will ever fix the lag.

i mean like enough AP for each passive that you would have to be Emperor constantly for a few days at least before you unlocked the last passive (and only with CONSTANT farming)
and add a new achievement that only unlocks if you are emperor for 7 days straight. (with unique Dye and title)

its pretty clear that just earning it is not the achievement it should have been, and high end guilds effective just trade it off for no effort required passives, literally carrying members into a title that should have major meaning.
so make the focus on keeping the title, not obtaining it, and any "trading" will effectively cease..

you have to remember, emp flippers are unemployed. they have to feel special somehow. besides that kind of game time is scary unhealthy. yeah they can keep their emp and ill live for a minimum of 20 more years and 50 if im unlucky.
