The mitagation and healing is still op.
It's still pushing the same build type it always has.Hybrid.
The DPS builds only kill other DPS builds.
Your Mitagation and Healing spec should be based on your build, it provides too much as it always has.
I suspect this game will die a slower death becauae of f2p but it still wants evweyone to play the same way.
Pretty much a dk. It's a shame that t so little has been considered in the combat design.
Fot example, in pvp we had 4 vr14 against the standatd blocking dk he can heal and mitagate faster than we can do damage. If we try it's talons and flame lash. Everyone knows this and it makes the game boring.

By hybrid i mean dps, heal, tank in one build.
This is not achievable in a stam nb build.
The ep guys on thornblade on NA require 4 or 5 of us to kill them. Heal/absorb/flame
....dead.
In a stam build with 25K STAM, weapon damage 2500, with rally i hit one guy 3 times with snipe, he heals, absorbs, invasion, talons and flame.
If you claim I'm trolling tell me how you would do it with a stam nb. Ambush gets me stunned, melee weapon against the perma blocking crowd is pointless.
