So I just started playing again and I skipped the tutorial (coldharbour).
It was said the prophet should appear around lvl 3 in the city/town. I am lvl 11 now and he still hasn't appeared any ideas?
What i've tried so far:
it's abit *** to say the least. No main quests for me

He should appear literally right where you spawned (in the building where you wake up).----
