People have been SCREAMING for the console version to be released. ZOS did the smart thing and held it back until it was ready. AT THE SAME TIME, other teams were developing new content for all platforms, which had to be incorporated into the console release. Which meant more testing and a longer dev time.
Now with a date set for the console, people are SCREAMING "Imperial City!" or "Make more mounts!" or "Fix my Night Blade!" or ....
please. learn some patience.

Exactly. Probably December knowing how things work.
I'm tired of coming off negative all the time. I keep seeing great things happen to this game but then ten other things get screwed up along the road. We need more xp gain across the board in pve and pvp to stop the grind feeling the game has gotten lately. I'm ranting sorry...... Nads out. ..
