I need help choosing a class. DK x Templar x NB
Hello, I am returning to play after a time away still and I realized that many calsses changed in this update 1.6. What class would be a better tanker? both pvp and for pve, who offers the best mechanisms to survive when focused? DK, Templar or NB ?? I realized that many people recommend DK while others recommend Templar, and I even see some saying that a Sap NB is what has the greatest ability to survive especially in pvp, now esto well confused about choosing qal class and I hope you can help me this choice

Chelo✭✭✭✭✭You answer your own question, DK, Templar, NB if you want to be a tank. For fun factor I probably will chose NB but if you want min/max build tank, the choice is DK...0 -
Can a NB be a equal tank as DK?? (For pvp), will the mim/max difs be to big or litle small?1

✭Templar or DK for all around function. NB seems to have maintained its strength in PVP with good fears and sapping abilities but in PVE the numbers are no longer there after the funnel health dps nerf and it cannot heal itself in PVE when you go stam. I feel the NB is kinda broken post 1.6. Perhaps the better term would be incomplete. I think they balanced if for PVP without ever saying "will anybody take this into Sanctum?"I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.0 -

Agreed. Those two classes have really good general skills that can be adapted for multiple play styles, not to mention high survivability using class skills alone. Thinking about it, I could actually unequip weapons on my Templar or DK, and just go around bare handed DPS. Obviously, if you wanna tank, don't do this, it's is a terrible idea...
For tanking, either DK or Templar. Personally, I've soloed group content using both classes, many times wondering why you'd need a group at all to do it. When playing with a group, though, both classes tend to help the group in different ways. DKs have good CC, while Templars have AoE healing.
