How do you know it was that guy?
My best guess is that it has something to do with rooting functions in lag, even when it happened to me in a dungeon, it was a fight with a rooting/immobilizing function.
Maybe that guy used a stun/cc/root on you and that caused the bug, but that doesn't mean he was intentionally trying to gray out your skill bar.Winni
