Radiant Destruction not getting interrupted by Venom Arrow ?

Like the title states, this is a bugg and it's impossibe to 1v1 any templar running Blazing shield/jesus beam or Dark Flare/jesus beam and Radiant Destrucion is supposed to be interruptible but its not !!

im sorru but i have to disagree as a stam nb i use venom arrow and bash to stop that jesus beam and they both work perfectly for me most the time i fail to inturupt is bcuz ive tab targeted someone else and the tmeplar is behind them otherwise the skill works fine for me cloak however does drop it one bit even though the skill clearly states its damge over time1
