im not getting champion points

im gaining xp for them, and when i get all the xp for getting 1 i get the prompt that i got 1 but when i go to the menu to place it, its not there

Are you a veteran char?
You only earn points after lvl 50.
Also you might have the phantom enlightenment bug. Best thing to do is put in a customer support ticket in game. Hope it gets worked out for you soon.

my VR14 earned 2 butthey don't show up in the menu to use.

Yep, I had this before too while I was enlightened. I relogged to see if it'd fix it and give me the point to use but it rolled my champ point back and I had to re-earn it without being enlightened.

I submitted a support ticket. I've only had this since they did maint and patched 1.6.6 though.

I had it a few times that it said I am enlightened but when I earned a point it was not there. It's a bug as there are others on the forum complaining about that too.

Last night I got the message saying that I am enlightened so I zoned to where I am questing only to find the enlightenment has disappeared after zoning. So far I have only been able to get 2 champ points after playing the whole weekend and yesterday evening.
