And XP is currently in flux, and has been since the conversion from Veteran Points to Experience Points.

Veteran game after hearing a lot about the changes. However I'm still curious as to the
overall experience. Specifically, what changes were made to the Gold/Silver vet areas
and Craglorn for that matter.
Also, does Craglorn scale to your level now?
Yes, development say they are still planning to remove Veteran Ranks from the game. The latest information is that it will happen sometime around the console release.harnessedyeti9 wrote: »...
That said, I keep reading contradictory things about the Vet ranks going away. I've gotten the idea from the devs
that they're taking them out at some point in the future, but other sources say they're not going anywhere. Someone
care to clarify that?
Still takes ages to get to vr14 unless you grind. And when you finish that grind for power you still have the champion point grind for power.
Heh, TehMagnus, I see you love the new game mechanics
Yeah, @TehMagnus I share your same idea. Even talking about business: imagine this use case: a new user purchases / joins the game 1 year from now. What kind of perspective can such user have, knowing he will NEVER be able to close the gap between his new VR14 and a guy who had 1 year to grind CPs?
It looks secondary, but every single time the guy will die in PvP or underperform in PvE, he'll immediately think it's because of the CP disadvantage. Mind games are powerful, it takes quite little to convince a lot of people that CPs create a "have vs haves not" divide and that ESO is unfair. This does not bode well for ESO continued prosperity.
By the way, if you had totally free choice, which class would you reroll to, in order to raise a trials competitive caster class + spec post patch 1.6? This, assuming it's possible to have a competitive ranged DPS class to begin with.

Thank you. I always loved dragons - but play casters. When I started ESO DKs looked like "warriors" so "too much melee". But if they are good at range as well, I may as well get both the dragon flavour and the caster in one solution.
