Took me 24+ hours to download (yay Telstra) finally done and I am getting ERROR 11 MESSAGE.
1. I launch client and press PLAY it goes to play Cinematic and Starter Credits and crashes.
2. I have followed every instruction I can find. (Run as admin, check driver updates, check firewall settings, reset compatibility to XP, I have no repair button anywhere and so I have not needed to do this apparently.
3. I have sent off a request to SUPPORT and am awaiting assistance. 24 hours ago. They did reply once after mis-readinging my email they thought I was fixed o.O I have resubmitted.
I am getting impatient - please if anyone can assist me while I am waiting for assistance I would appreciate it

PS I am computer illiterate so speak very slowly and in easy to understand language please
