What about the LAG in Cyrodiil??? Nothing??? Also siege damage was supposed to be increased. It is now weaker than before the patch.2 -

Sacadon✭✭✭✭✭Its smarter to wait until they know what actually makes it onto the server successfully than posting notes prematurely and having to redact in the likely event a portion of the patch fails.
Yes, that is why the most successful gaming companies have their patch notes release about 24 hours before the patch.

Those companies are successful because they are good at developing games, among other things. ZOS isn't on Blizzard's level.
