The point of the champion system is longevity, It's a system that is intended to provide players with a long character progression.
The race to level cap is 1-50/VR14 not to 3500 Champion Points.
People need to realize that the champion points are suppose to take time to earn, they are not going to be given to you. When players find a way to grind it, ZOS will prevent it as it ruins the design concept of the system.
I realize people want to get to the end and say "Oh Look I'm at the end of the champion system" But you know what's going to happen? You're going to give yourself a slap on the back and say good job. Then a week later you'll be leaving ESO because you have nothing to do. Doesn't sound like much fun eh?
Stop contending to be #1 with the largest e-peen , it's only detrimental to yourself and your game play experience.
Earning Champion points is something that'll eventually become easier and easier to earn as time goes on. As more and more people get in the 1000,2000 area we'll start seeing ZOS do adjusts to quest rewards for newer players to be able to catch up to the bell curve faster.

I fully agree with you however, enlightenment was originally designed to give the player a max of 4 CP per day and now they have reduced it to 1 because of a bug they could of caught if they would of tested it further before going live. They should of just fixed enlightenment to work as intended.

I think you understand it a bit wrong, the time reduction is still 75% and it still is supposed to make one CP take 1h to get.KaneK899ub17_ESO wrote: »Enlightenment was designed to cut give 1 CP in an hour - in other words, to reduce the amount of time it takes to gain a CP by 75%. It was never designed to give 4 CPs in an hour, that's where the misunderstanding is.
Nope, it's always been intended to be worth 1CP for every 24 hours of enlightenment, up to 3CPs worth of enlightenment stored. This has been the case since the update hit the PTS. Wonder what makes you think that... On all patches on the PTS there was enough enlightment for 4 CPs per day, the same as it was on live till last night.Nope, it's always been intended to be worth 1CP for every 24 hours of enlightenment, up to 3CPs worth of enlightenment stored.
