Class skill morphing into stamina builds and crit rating

Hi, I have noticed that some class skills like my templars Biting Jabs has morphed into a stamina based skill. I was wondering that since it now uses my weapon damage as its damage does it also use my weapon based critical as well? And is this the same for other classes whose skills morph into stamina based attacks?
