I don't know if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it in a search. Is inner light still worth putting on your skill bars? I see it now gives a 5% increase in max magicka. Thank you!

✭Looks like they have split it into a PvP orientated skill with detection and a PvE skill with the boost to max magicka for the morphs. Depends what you want could have some utility.PUG Life - the true test of your skill
