Maybe I got some bad information (as I haven't tried to respec yet) from a Twitch streamer. Seems only natural they would give us free respecs until we get used to the new system. Pretty lame if it's not free. So basically we need to know all about the best way to spec before we spec, for the first time, in a new system...whatever.
