Is it me of is Shadow Cloak even more broken that before?

I've still got all the old issues with Shadow Cloak breaking, not cancelling attacks or just not working at all along with a strange animation effect where my character crouches when I hit Shadow Cloak, then stands up about 3 seconds later but doesn't actually turn invisible; I'm not entirely sure whether I'm stealthed or not at this point. Post 1.6 it seems even more erratic that ever!

some glitches I noticed with Cloak:

If it is cast more than once in a row without becoming visible in between casts, my character loses the transparency effect but is still invisible to mobs.

Cloak does not work in pickpocket range of an NPC (may only be if Cloak is cast while already crouching near them, did not examine the specifics yet).

DoTs that I cast on a target also seems to be sometimes breaking Cloak again, but have not narrowed down which DoT mechanics are causing it...just noticed it happening with Entropy sometimes.

I have had it where I get detected as soon as I use it. That might be NPC detection more than anything.

I do know I cannot sprint with it on. As soon as I start to sprint I come out of cloak. Again, that might be the " no ability use while sprinting" thing.

Actually it seems to be working much better for me. Dots are getting removed and I seem to be breaking combat a bit easier. Not always but maybe 20-30% of time more when I need to break combat I'm entering stealth easier. I don't know man. I'm pretty happy with it at the moment... (looks around- knocks on wood.)

I have the same old issues as before......I can cloak past Trolls over and over again but the moment I go into combat with one SUDDENLY they can see past the invisibility and nail me? Talk about making my ability worthless.
