The best way to do it is to download Minion. It's a program that manages the add-ons for you. It lets you search for the add-ons you like within Minion rather than having to go to one of the add-on sites on the internet, and download/install them right in Minion. It also keeps your add-ons up to date, by letting you know when there's a new version, and allowing you to update it by just clicking a button.

I mean, you can do all of that manually, but it's so much easier to use Minion.
