Dunmer is still technically the best due to the increase in Magic, Stamina, and Fire damage. If you want to make a tank then roll Imperial, Imperial is a great race all-around, you can't really go wrong with the passives, it doesn't help Magicka builds much but still. I made my Dragonknight an Imperial so I could run with a lot more Stamina and Health in PvP, and use what was left over for Magicka.

If you're using a Dunmer then definitely make it a Magicka-based character, Imperial for a Stamina-DK works great, the Red Diamond passive is borderline OP when you're using something like Two-Handed or Dual Wield, as far as character leveling goes....

I got my Nightblade to Veteran Rank 14 in 9 total days of playtime. She currently has something like 75-90 total days played, a lot of it was idling and roleplaying until 6am, or PvP until 8am... I have insomnia so eh.

My Dragonknight... Crassus... Down in my signature... Heh. Heh. Heh. Created him before I made my Nightblade, leveled him to about level 7, forgot he existed, 3 months later, oh look, I have a DK! Got him to level 28. Quit playing him for another 2 months, then I PvP'd in Blackwater Blade for about... 2 weeks, and got to Veteran Rank 1, and Emperor, then I grinded in Craglorn for 2 months.

So.... Yeah..... When it comes to MMOs I only start leveling alts when I've lost almost all interest in my main character... Now Crassus is technically my main and I hardly play on N'tel anymore, so I would say no... It's not sane... Grab the munchies and the caffeine, you're gonna need it.
