Camo Hunter proc on non-Vamp

I know that Expert Hunter and all of its morphs have a 4% chance to proc on non-Daedra/Undead, but I had Camo Hunter proc on me a few times in a row when being attacked from stealth last night and I am not a vampire. Is there some bug where Camo Hunter attacks from stealth are now adding extra damage regardless if you are a Vamp or not?

It must have been the normal 4% proc that hit you, and you were just very unlucky.0 -

I saw the patch notes about better stealth from daedra and thought it was in addition to the guaranteed stealth dmg. If you are right, then I am the unluckiest person in the world to see that many camo hunters show up on my death recap. I hope you are right though and there isn't some strange bug going on where camo hunter retained its stealth damage and it works against everyone now.You earned the 500 LOLs badge.
