Can i turn off that new stealth sound?

It is irritating and makes sneaking feel unrealistic.. Can i somehow turn this off in some file or is there an addon to do this?

✭i just wish they included an option to turn these things off.. I am not generally against adding stupid stuff for peoples åersonal use but when its forced upon me.. No thanks..
